Buying the Right EPABX

 Electronic Exchange

An Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX) is a private telephone switch that provides switching (include a full set of switching features) for an office or campus. EPBXs often use proprietary digital-line protocols, although some are analog based.

There are a variety of brands in the market, and from the user’s point of view, it is difficult to weigh a EPBX only on its features.
Apart from the basic functionality of an EPBX, there are some very critical points to be kept in mind before deciding on an EPBX:
