Hacking refers to the re-configuring or re-programming of a system to function in ways not facilitated by the owner, administrator, or designer. Hacking has always seduced the one with an intriguing mind to uncover the hidden secrets. But, a hacker's ability to access the classified information is not only lethal for the organization targeted but illegal as well. But not for everyone. Ethical hacking is equally interesting, rewarding and satisfaction oriented as well.

A well trained person in decoding passwords and breaking e-locks are much in demand both by security agencies as well as corporate. Companies hire ethical hackers to look for the "chinks in the armor" so that any loop-hole can be plugged. 

This saves the organization specially IT related to safeguard its database and other important data. The best part is that the "targeted company or organization' is hacked with permission from the company itself. But becoming a hacker is not an easy task.

An in depth knowledge of the hardware and software is must. Thus, proficiency in programming language, networking, database management, operating system, etc. is a must.
