Windows Screensaver

Screensaver is another small program for computer/Mobile user. Now a day, screensavers are used for mostly entertainment or security purposes. If you don’t want people to be attempted to peer through or look at your computer, the screen saver does the job, it will ask for a password once one tries to log in your system. Screensaver is some kind of a moving picture that appears on your screen (cell phone / mobile) if you haven't press any key for a period of time that you can set. Screensavers prevent screen damage that is caused when the same areas of light and dark are displayed for long period of time. A screensaver is a program that activates after a certain amount of time has passed with no keyboard or mouse activity and blanks the screen or display moving various objects across the mobile screen; these are used to prevent your screen from getting "burn in".

It is important to select a screensaver that the computer’s processor can handle with ease, without freezing or slowing down. Screensaver is not only slideshow of images. This is learnable also. Many people use this program for entertainment. These are helping us for keeping our mind fresh and clean in our personal life. Screensavers are of 2 types: with music and without music. Many users like to download Screensavers with music, and when they don’t want the music, they simply turn off the speakers of their computer. Children like animated screensavers. You can also use pictures as your screen saver
1. Open Screen Saver Settings by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Screen Saver.
2. Click the Screen saver list, and then click Photos.
3. If you want to specify a location for the pictures you want to use in your screen saver, modify the slide show speed, or configure any other screen saver settings, click Settings. After you make your changes, click Save.
4. Click OK.

You can set or change a screensaver
Open Display in Control Panel. On the Screen Saver tab, under Screen saver, click a screen saver in the list.
You can set to protect your files by using a screen saver password
Open Display in Control Panel. On the Screen Saver tab under Screen saver, click a screen saver. Select the On resume, password protect check box.
