Stock Markets Trading System
A share market is a public for the trading of company stock and derivatives at an agreed price, these are securities listed on a stock exchange as well as those only traded privately. Basically, Share Market can be divided into two parts:- Fundamental analysis looks at a share’s market price in light of the company’s underlying business proposition and financial situation. It involves making both quantitative and qualitative judgments about a company. Fundamental analysis can be contrasted with 'technical analysis’, which seeks to make judgments about the performance of a share based solely on its historic price behavior and without reference to the underlying business, the sector it's in, or the economy as a whole. This is done by tracking and charting the company’s stock price, volume of shares traded day to day, both on the company itself and also on its competitors. In this way investors hope to build up a picture of future price movements. |
Technical analysis has become increasingly popular over the past several years, as more and more people believe that the historical performance of a stock is a strong indication of future performance. The use of past performance should come as no surprise. People using fundamental analysis have always looked at the past performance of companies by comparing fiscal data from previous quarters and years to determine future growth. The difference lies in the technical analyst's belief that securities move according to very predictable trends and patterns. These trends continue until something happens to change the trend, and until this change occurs, price levels are predictable.
Cash markets: The spot market or cash market is a commodities or securities market in which goods are sold for cash and delivered immediately. Contracts bought and sold on these markets are immediately effective. Spot markets can operate wherever the infrastructure exists to conduct the transaction. Commodity markets are markets where raw or primary products are exchanged.
A mutual fund is a professionally managed type of collective investment scheme that pools money from many investors and invests typically in investment securities. The derivatives market is the financial market for derivatives, financial instruments like futures contracts or options, which are derived from other forms of assets. Online trading: Investing online, or self-directed investing, has become the norm for individual investors and traders over the past decade with many, if not all brokers’ now offering online services with unique trading platforms.
The stock markets in the United States includes the trading of all securities listed on the NYSE, the NASDAQ, the Amex, as well as on the many regional exchanges, the OTCBB, and Pink Sheets. European examples of stock exchanges include the Paris Bourse (now part of Euronext), the London Stock Exchange and the Deutsche Börse. The BSE & NSE are Stock Markets that have arisen from India. These are also working on a very large scale.
